Hope you didn't miss my barbeque at the the Old Fishermen's Club last Thursday. What a great time we all had. Thanks to everyone who helped and attended. A special thanks to the Lyons family, The Modesto City Firefighters Association, Bronco Winery and Delta Brands. And huge thanks, of course, to all the sponsers of the event.
My daughter Meghan and her friend Lauren were busy snapping pictures all night. Maybe they caught you? I'll make sure we get some up soon.
Upcoming Events
I'll be taking part in a Candidates Forum held by the Modesto Rotary Club on Tuesday, September 26th at 12:15 PM. It will be at the Doubletree Hotel in Modesto. I always enjoy this type of forum and I thank the Rotarians for putting it on.
The Loretelli family has been nice enough to host a fundraiser for me on Thursday, September 28th at 6:00 PM at the Loretelli Farms Produce Stand at 1151 Claratina Avenue in Modesto. There will be a western style ribeye barbeque. I look forward to meeting a lot of their friends and neighbors. Want to go? Call Bill Loretelli Sr. at 578-0182.
